Entrance to Alder Square

Welcome to your new home and to the Alder Square Condominium Association

This site was created for current and future residents of the Alder Square neighborhood. Whether you’re considering a move to Alder Square or already own or reside here, we hope this site provides information that is helpful to you.

Alder Square is located in the city of Concord, California, and consists of 30 condominimums in a Common Interest Development (CID). The Association was founded to help ensure all our community areas are properly maintained, which relieves owners of the need to handle some landscaping responsibilities. Our pleasant, well-maintained development features a pool and is located conveniently to shopping and freeway access.
As a homeowner at Alder Square, you are encouraged to participate in your community’s governance by attending Board meetings and volunteering for committee work for the betterment of the Association. Engaged homeowners help ensure the success and strength of a community, and you are invited to participate in helping Alder Square continue to be the wonderful place to live that it is. Board meetings are typically held every six weeks and the agenda will be posted at least four days in advance at the mailboxes and on this website.

Alder Square is professionally managed by Association Communications, Inc. (ACI).
